Campbelltown carpenter Phil worked for Masterton Homes for more than 26 years.This year the company decided to place him on an individual contract Phil refused to lose many of his award rights, including overtime and penalty rates, and requested that a representative from his union, the Construction Forestry Mining Energy Union, come to the next meeting with the company.

No surprise, Masterton homes displays a lack of integrity not only with its employees but alos with clients. I signed a buiklding contract with them at a so called fixed cost and I am getting billed many thoudands of dollars extra.
Best to stay away from them!!
