On Tuesday, local union members and supporters joined teachers and parents outside the electoral office of Lindsay MP Fiona Scott to voice their anger at the Turnbull government's decision to walk away from public education including the vital 5th and 6th years of the Gonski needs-based school funding model.
Now it is our turn in the Federal electorate of Macquarie.
All parents, teachers, principals, union members and supporters of Gonski are invited to join us outside the electoral office of Louise Markus (227 George St, Windsor) on Thursday, April 14 at 11 am.
Our children and local schools cannot afford to miss out on Gonski which is why it is so important that we send a loud and clear message to our local MP in the lead up the the Federal election.
