The Liberals and Nationals have nothing but contempt for renewable energy. Earlier this year, Joe Hockey described wind farms as “utterly offensive”. Abbott's 'Emission Reductions Fund' will eventually lead to the death of the entire renewable energy industry, not just wind farms, according to a damning report by market analysts Reputex. The report also predicted that carbon emissions are likely to rise by 2020 unless an efficient reduction method is adopted.
We want to send a message to Joe, Tony, and the rest of the Coalition, that we find their attitude to the environment 'utterly offensive'. Sign our petition to say we rebuke the climate denialists.

The Shadow Minister for Climate Change Mark Butler surmised that:
"For every day [the Coalitions'] policy is in play, Australian taxpayers are getting ripped off and our pollution levels continue to rise”
Bill Shorten and Labor are committed to an Emissions Trading Scheme, the premier mechanism to reduce emissions, however we need your support to call on the government to ditch their policy and adopt Labor's cheaper and more effective mechanism to combat climate change.
